Hi, my name is Valerie Kirk and I have been in the fitness field for a total of 35 years. Of those 35 years I’ve seen equipment come and go, diets that do not work or they promise things that are not safe for the health of individuals; cleanses that are utterly not necessary, etc.. That is why I started my own business, “Essentially Fitness” 11 years ago.
